How many people will be accepted?
The number of people will vary depending on the level of
applicants. In order to create the best environment possible
to maximize your learning, the program will not exceed 15
people.
What is the time commitment for the Leadership Academy
program?
The time involved is minimal. There will be a three-hour
meeting each month. Throughout the month, you will be
required to post twice per week on the online classroom.
Within the classroom, you can share results of the
application of knowledge and learn additional background the
research. In addition, you will have a number of books (1-3)
to read each month. Plan for a minimum of 5 hours per week
to work on assignments and projects that are directly
connected to your work and life.

What is the cost of the Leadership
Academy: Building the Leader in You program?
A typical graduate course is well over $1,500+, whether
it’s online or in a traditional school. This program takes
the best of both traditional educational programs and online
methodologies to maximize the impact of your life. The cost
of the 6 months program is only $1,295. The business
community including Ash Image, The Ohio State University (Aber
Enterprise Center) and Knowledge builders covered a
significant portion of the cost involved in the program.
Is there a degree requirement to enroll in this program?
No. Your desire, passion and commitment are the basic
requirements of this program. The only requirement is that
you hold a leadership position in your organization.
Where should the reference letters be sent?
The letters of recommendation must be sent directly to
Knowledge builders. They must also be dated within the last
six months. However there is no set format, they simply need
to be professional letters of recommendation. |
