You’ve spent many years at work and in school, becoming the best in your field. To make the next leap into greatness in your career and in your family, your leadership skills are a crucial element. This elite honors program is designed to change your life, as you will learn the latest leadership technologies and skills. There will be four areas of focus: Internal Understanding, Interpersonal Mastery, Systems Consciousness, and Creating Your Balanced Vision. This is an intensive honors program that extracts the best practical knowledge of graduate programs into a 6-month course, utilizing lectures, workshops, real world exercises and online collaboration. Chaos theory, transformational leadership, systems theory, servant leadership and many other theories will be covered through a practitioner’s perspective. You are expected to apply each theory to your life and work as you see fit. This honors program involves interactive workshops, lectures, readings, panel discussions, knowledge teams, and a mix of the best online practices to help you achieve greatness.

The Mission of Leadership Academy is to enable today’s leaders toward greatness in their life through the application of leadership knowledge and humanity. We intend to provide the knowledge and skills to navigate any structure and create balance in their lives, as well as those around them.

The Vision of Leadership Academy is in a constant shift, depending on the leaders involved. Currently, the vision of the Leadership Academy is an incredible community of well-informed leaders that constantly work toward enabling the dreams of others while living their own.

The founder of the program, Mr. Ted Sun, has illustrated his leadership skills by educating hundreds of leaders from around the world. Both ABC and NBC have recognized his work in leadership and entrepreneurship as an expert commentator. In addition, his latest research has gotten the attention of a world audience as the International Journal on Business and Economics invited Mr. Sun to present his studies and expertise at the Global Conference on Business and Economics in Amsterdam, Netherlands. As an internationally recognized researcher, an experienced educator, and knowledgeable leadership development expert, Mr. Ted Sun, will be facilitating the class in 2004. In addition, top professionals in their field will teach various components of the program such as business ethics, emotional literacy and somatic intelligence.

Graduates will be able to continue to build the leadership community and learn in the Leadership Academy Alumni discussion forums with other leaders across the country. An award dinner will be presented at the end of the program. This presentation will encompass the leaders of the community, members of the leadership board, founders of the program and of course, the graduates. This honors certificate program will impact you and your future beyond your imagination.
